This is a cottage in the Hither Hills area. The cottage has two bedrooms, two baths, an outdoor shower, modest kitchen, with stove and refrigerator. All dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, kitchen utensils are provided. Also, there’s a charcoal grill for outdoor grilling.
The cottage is on three levels. On upper level, there’s a lovely loft for reading or sleeping (double bed), with glass sliders to an outdoor deck with sweeping views of the ocean (or the sky at night). On the middle level, there’s a living room (with large deck off the space), kitchen and master bedroom with queen-sized bed and small (shady) deck. On lower (basement level), there’s a sleeping area with two single beds and a bath. There’s also an outdoor shower off basement entrance.
Cottage has washer and dryer, fireplace. Minimal linens are provided – ie. clean sheets on all beds, blankets, towels. If you want lots of sheets and beach towels, you should bring your own. The style of the place is very comfortable and casual. Dogs allowed, with deposit. Renter would also pay for professional cleaning after use.
Rent per week is $2500 in July and August; $2000 in June and September. Owner would prefer to rent in two-week blocks.
